Legacy Family Medicine PLLC offers an optional marketing SMS program. Marketing messages may include practice updates and occasional promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. By opting in, you authorize Legacy Family Medicine to send recurring marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide.
